Our Agreement - In Brief
When you click “I agree” below, you agree to terms and conditions. By uploading images to improve the diversity and realism of the nuclear industry in the public sphere - as part of the ‘Reimagine Nuclear’ project - you enter into an agreement with its administrator Wild Matriarch Inc. The full terms of this agreement can be found here.
You are authorised to release the images and have consent from the people in the images. By clicking ‘agree,’ you confirm that you or the organisation that you represent owns the images, and has conducted all the necessary and reasonable work to secure consent from any identifiable individuals. Images uploaded should not - in any way - contain harmful, misleading or rights-infringing content.
Once you transfer the images, you transfer all rights to Wild Matriarch. By clicking ‘upload,’ you transfer all rights - in perpetuity - for your images to Wild Matriarch for the ‘Reimagine Nuclear’ project, which includes the right to use, reproduce and distribute the images for educational, editorial and marketing purposes. Uploading an image in no way ‘guarantees’ its use on the site, as images will be vetted for quality-control on the administrators’ end.

Your organisation’s name may be associated with the images and you can continue to use the image for your commercial purposes. Should your image(s) be included in the library, your organisation’s name may be cited on the ‘Reimagine Nuclear’ page (e.g. ‘Courtesy of’) & in meta-data (e.g. captions & tags) on third party platforms (e.g. Unsplash, Pixabay, Shutterstock, Dreamstime, etc.). Your organisation can continue to use all images you provide for any desired purposes under this agreement.
